The second round of the SVMCC club championship took take place on the 7th of November..

... After such a large entry at the first round the club was a little disappointed when only twenty seven riders arrived. Lee Hassall took a convincing win, first time out on his new Gas Gas, on the hard route losing just two marks, a dab on section six on his second and forth visits. Steve Venn had a steady ride to finish second on eleven marks lost. Fourth placed man Dave Morris will be cursing a five caused by a trip over the bars on section two, which handed third place to Andy Perry.
The Fifty/Fifty route was highly competitive with twelve marks separating the first four riders. Kevin Miller took the win on his 300 Gas Gas. Young Tom Culiford was at the other end of the power scale on his 80 GasGas but managed to take third place and Best Youth. The Alternative route was set out with the Pre65's in mind and they took first and second place with Richard Townsend and Rob Halliday beating several much more modern bikes.
